Precision Scale Models delivers within Australia for $9.95AUD and Outside Australia for $19.95AUD. Books will be dispatched immediately once payment has been verified. Standard delivery is by Parcel Post and Registered. Special delivery via Courier can be arranged - please contact us directly for quotes. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price (less any freight charge). Precision Scale Models only accepts returns made within the first ten (10) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this ten (10) day guarantee period. Please email us for return instructions. All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owners manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price value only, excluding shipping and handling. A copy of your original receipt must be produced. Please contact us directly for a returns reference number and postage details.
